Day 9: Voluntary Savings in My Afore
At an Afore (retirement fund) office in Toluca, Marisol (A), a woman in her forties, asks Estefanía (B), a young advisor, about paying extra savings into her retirement account.
How to study this lesson 3 steps
- Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
