Day 143: The Sofa That Never Arrived
In line at the Profeco office in Monterrey, Hilario (A) notices the receipt in the hand of Luciano (B), the young man in front of him; Profeco is Mexico's consumer protection agency.
How to study this lesson 3 steps
- Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
